Cabrera Capital Partners (CCP) is a national, full-service real estate firm that provides development, investment, and advisory services to clients. CCP specializes in developing and acquiring institutional-quality real estate, specifically multifamily and student living in high-growth, high-demand markets. Our market and site selection strategies are data-driven, considering macro market neighborhood-specific metrics. Our developments aim to integrate design creativity to enhance the resident experience and build community. We aim to develop 10,000 units in 10 markets over the next 5 years.

Development

CCP primarily focuses on developing and acquiring four different types of projects, including:

Market Rate Multi Family

These projects include mid-rise urban infill units and/or boutique infill units. They have above-market rents targeting a more stabilized tenant base, and limited retail or ancillary uses within the developments. CCP is focused on the top metropolitan statistical areas (MSA) with strong populations, income density, and job growth opportunities.

Student Living

These projects are highly differentiated from traditional on and off campus housing with modern design, integrated technology, and amenities included throughout building common spaces. CCP is focused on tier 1 public and private universities with positive enrollment growth.

Single Family Build-to-Rent & Corporate/Workforce Housing

These projects are typically fully appointed single family homes, walk-up rowhomes, townhomes, and walk-up apartments, and wrap or podium multifamily units. CCP offers a full suite of property management services for renters.

LeClaire Courts Redevelopment

The LeClaire Courts Redevelopment will turn a 33-acre vacant in-fill site into a sprawling mixed-income, mixed-use community that provides essential housing, services, and jobs. The project is located in Chicago’s Southwest Side.
