We believe long-term prosperity must also benefit the communities where we operate. To that end, we support nonprofits, educational institutions, and service agencies that uplift those who most need it in the places we work in.
Community Engagement
Our firm is partnering with R.H. Lee Elementary School in the southwest of Chicago to advance financial education, literacy, and investing. The partnership creates access to financial literacy programming by integrating financial education in the K-8 curriculum, launching a program to encourage life-long investing habits in students, and hosting workshops on different financial literacy topics for parents and surrounding community members. Additionally, the program promotes college savings by encouraging parents to open 529 college savings plan for their children, with a deposit incentive to get started.
Volunteering
We actively encourage our employees to give back by offering paid time each year to volunteer with organizations they are passionate about.
