Cabrera Capital has accumulated an extensive track record helping our clients access the equity capital markets. Our firm provides issuer clients with advice and assistance whether they seek to take a private company public, plan a follow-on or secondary offering or if they look to spin-off existing businesses.

Our firm provides issuer clients access to equity capital, both public and private. Our unique approach and platform allows us to generate new sources of demand by effectively penetrating Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts that have less than $10 billion of assets under management. In addition, we are constantly leveraging our global equity trading activities to provide our clients with market insights and knowledge.

Share Repurchase Capabilities

Cabrera’s experienced team has assisted many clients looking to return value to their shareholders through share repurchase programs. Our equity share repurchase capabilities consist of a skilled trading team with great experience in executing open market buyback programs. We are fully compliant with regulatory requirements of 10b-18 and 10b5-1 programs and provide a customized approach from trade execution to settlement.
