The Stock Market Game is a simulation in trading stocks on the three major US exchanges. Teams of students invest a hypothetical $100,000 in a portfolio of stocks listed on the New York and American Stock Exchanges and the Nasdaq Stock Market. The students learn economic and financial concepts which they will utilize for the rest of their lives.

Students compete with other schools within their grade level. Prizes are awarded to the top teams with the highest portfolio value in their competitive region at the end of the semester. Students gain practical knowledge about the markets and an appreciation for the value of saving and investing. Teachers are provided with training and curriculum resources to assist them in the classroom.
