Cabrera Capital Markets Equity Capital Markets team is experienced at leading and co-managing offerings of equity and equity-linked securities and acting as underwriter or a placement agent for certain private offerings.

Cabrera's goal is to aggregate demand by providing our clients with access to both large and small investment entities of each major category thereby creating a more diverse investor base.

Our model creates new sources of demand by effectively penetrating the 2^nd and 3^rd tier accounts that have less than $10 billion in assets under management and may be overlooked by large firms as well as targeting the largest holders of the issuers peer-group and the logical tier 1 accounts.

We communicate investor feedback frequently with the issuer's management and lead manager and our experienced trading desk supports our underwriting capabilities.

Mr. Feeley has 30 years of experience as an equity capital markets professional, entrepreneur and operating executive. He joined Cabrera Capital Markets in early 2010 with extensive knowledge in financing companies in the public and private capital markets. He has assisted hundreds of issuers in raising tens of billions of dollars in IPOs, secondary and follow-on transactions in a wide variety of industries. His previous experience includes operating as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director of WPE Holdings. Prior to this he was Head of Equity Capital Markets for both National City Corporation and Wit SoundView where he played an important role in the successful IPO for its predecessor, Wit Capital Group, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Feeley was Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets at Bankers Trust, Director of Equities for First Albany Corporation and Executive Vice President for Kemper Securities, Inc.

Mr. Feeley graduated with a BS from Georgetown University and has an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago. He is charter holder as Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
